Pros: Amazingly great Cons: Requires participation 182 cars walk into a bar. The bartender says, "I can't serve 182 cars in here." And the 182 cars say "that's okay, we were getting *tired* anyways" This is a game of bad joke telling. Someone picks a topic, and then it's a race to tell the first 182 joke. It doesn't have to be good, it doesn't have to be funny, but it has to (somewhat) fit this format: 182 walk into a bar. The bartender says, "I can't serve 182 in here." And the 182 say... As soon as the joke is told (with accompanying groans), then another jokester can go - the first person to say "182" gets to go first. The game is non-competitive - there is no winning, and it's important to coax others to play, they have to realize that it doesn't matter how bad the joke is. The important thing is that people are continuously firing off jokes to keep it moving. If someone starts a joke and suddenly forgets the ending or doesn't have one, they must be mocked mercilessly. For reasons unknown, we used to all salute and hum the national anthem whenever this happened - this is a good tradition. As soon as nobody can think of anymore jokes, change the subject.
