In this variant, the dead, although they cannot vote, accuse, or exercise any other powers, can still talk.

This variant keeps more people in the game. Note, of course, that everyone has to "sleep" at night....

Note - This variant was introduced by Emily Rosenzweig. We played it on 1/21/99. It makes it a lot more fun to be dead, but it also changes the logistics of the game entirely. The angel has much less reason to come forward, since he can still tell what he knows even when he's dead, even though he can't find out anything more. It is also impossible to kill someone in order to silence them. Mixed success.
